MLB on TBS to Feature N.L.'s Best Chicago Cubs & Defending World Series Champion Houston Astros on Consecutive Sundays, Beginning Sept. 9, at 1:30 p.m. ET

MLB on TBS live game coverage will continue with pennant stretch baseball on Sundays throughout September, leading into the network's exclusive coverage of the 2018 A.L. Postseason. First, the National League Central division-leading Chicago Cubs and N.L. MVP candidate Javier Baez – owners of the best record in the N.L. – will visit the Washington Nationals and Bryce Harper on Sunday, Sept. 9, at 1:30 p.m. ET. Ernie Johnson and Ron Darling will provide game commentary, with the game telecast not available locally in Chicago.

The defending World Series Champion Houston Astros and A.L. MVP candidate Alex Bregman will then host the Arizona Diamondbacks and Paul Goldschmidt in an Interleague tilt, Sunday, Sept. 16, at 2 p.m. Brian Anderson and Darling will call the action. The TBS telecast will not be available locally in Houston.
