NL East Foes – New York Mets vs. Philadelphia Phillies – to Meet in Full National Telecast, Sunday, August 8, at 1 p.m.
MLB on TBS weekly live game coverage will continue this Sunday with the American League Central-leading Chicago White Sox and reigning AL MVP Jose Abreu – in contention for the American League's No. 1 overall seed – hosting Cleveland and Jose Ramirez on Sunday, August 1, at 2 p.m. ET. Brian Anderson and Jeff Francoeur will provide commentary for the TBS telecast, which will not be available in the local Chicago and Cleveland markets.
A full national telecast of NL East contenders – the New York Mets and 2021 Home Run Derby champion Pete Alonso vs. the Philadelphia Phillies and Bryce Harper – will follow on Sunday, Aug. 8, at 1 p.m. Anderson and Ron Darling will call the action from Philadelphia.
