MLB on TBS Full National Telecast to Feature NL East Foes – New York Mets vs. Philadelphia Phillies – This Sunday, Aug. 8, at 1 p.m. ET

New York Yankees and New Additions Joey Gallo and Anthony Rizzo to Visit Chicago White Sox, Sunday, August 15, at 2 p.m.

MLB on TBS weekly live game coverage will continue this Sunday with a full national telecast of NL East contenders – the New York Mets and 2021 Home Run Derby champion Pete Alonso vs. the Philadelphia Phillies and Bryce Harper – Sunday, Aug. 8, at 1 p.m. ET.  The Mets currently lead the second-place Phillies by 1.5 games in the division race.  Brian Anderson and Ron Darling will call the action from Philadelphia.



Regular season game coverage will then continue Sunday, Aug. 15, with the New York Yankees and trade deadline acquisitions Joey Gallo and Anthony Rizzo visiting the AL Central-leading Chicago White Sox and reigning AL MVP Jose Abreu at 2 p.m.   Anderson and Darling will provide commentary from Chicago, and they will be joined in the booth by 16-year MLB veteran and three-time All-Star Curtis Granderson.

  • TBS will nationally showcase one Sunday afternoon game through the remainder of the 2021 MLB regular season
