S1:E1 “Episode 1” – Written by Gaby Hull; Directed by Al Campbell

On a mission to cross a few items off her real-world bucket list, 21-year-old Kim Noakes runs away from her survivalist mother Tina and the completely off-the-grid Scottish cabin they call home. Along her journey to the English coast, she meets innocuous brothers Nicky and Jay at a pub – but as the liquor starts flowing, an innocent prank leaves Kim convinced that the world’s about to end – and out for the blood of her father’s killer.

S1:E2 “Episode 2” – Written by Gaby Hull; Directed by Al Campbell

After an epic showdown between Kim and her dad’s killer Jimmy, Nicky and Jay find themselves caught up in their new friend’s messy revenge. As they try to plot their next move, Kim’s ambushed by her mom, Tina, who’s hellbent on returning her daughter to the safety of the wilderness.

S1:E3 “Episode 3” – Written by Gaby Hull; Directed by Al Campbell

After unsuccessfully kidnapping her daughter, Tina is forced to help Nicky and Jay clean up Kim’s mess. As the unlikely foursome narrowly avoids Jimmy’s henchmen, Brooks and Thompson, Tina struggles to hide her contempt for the outside world and everyone in it. Meanwhile, Nicky betrays Kim’s trust (again), and Jay makes a discovery about his girlfriend Beth that puts them all in even greater danger.

S1:E4 “Episode 4” – Written by Phoebe Eclair-Powell; Directed by Al Campbell

Unaware that they’re now being hunted by Brooks and Thompson, Kim ropes Tina and Nicky into spending the day crossing an important item off her list – but things go awry when Nicky exposes the lifelong lies Tina’s told to keep Kim sheltered. Later, Jay comes clean about a little mistake.

S1:E5 “Episode 5” – Written by Lucy Montgomery; Directed by Al Campbell

Before Kim can cope with the fallout of her mother’s deception, the gang finds Brooks and Thompson on their tail, and after a money-drop gone wrong, they head north to safety. Along the way, a fight with Beth and crushing news from Nicky leave Jay feeling hopeless about his future, while Nicky divulges his betrayal to Kim.

S1:E6 “Episode 6” – Written by Gaby Hull; Directed by Al Campbell

Beth’s arrival at the cabin quickly shatters the gang’s illusion of safety. While Kim reluctantly reunites with Tina to prepare for the final showdown with Brooks and Thompson, Nicky attempts to win back Kim’s trust, and Jay confronts Beth about her pregnancy. As bullets fly, Kim learns the painful truth about her mother’s ultimate secret.
