Hailing from Livingston, New Jersey, Adam Pally has quickly found his place as both actor and comedian in Hollywood.  Pally is widely known for starring as Max Blum in the ABC cult hit comedy series Happy Endings.  Pally is currently in production in truTV’s “101 Places to Party Before You Die,” based on the best-selling book 101 Places to Get F*cked Up Before You Die. Adam Pally co-hosts the new travel-comedy series with longtime friend Jon Gabrus. Series is set to premiere this summer.  Pally recently completed filming Charlie in the Pandemic, a comedy from director Xavier Manrique. Perry Street Films and Nicholas Schutt to produce the feature.  Pally will next be seen reprising his role as Wade in Paramount’s sequel Sonic the Hedgehog 2.  

Pally was most recently seen in the Hulu series Champaign Ill.  The show garnered plenty of critical acclaim when it originally debuted on YouTube Premium in 2018.  The show’s entire 10-episode season got a second lease on life via a recent exclusive acquisition by Hulu.

Pally and frequent collaborator Gil Ozeri are currently writing a script being produced by Will Ferrell & Adam McKay's company Gary Sanchez Productions.  From April 2011 to May 2013, Pally starred as Max Blum, one of the lead characters on the ABC ensemble comedy series Happy Endings, alongside Eliza Coupe,Elisha CuthbertZachary KnightonDamon Wayans, Jr., and Casey Wilson. In 2013, Pally was nominated for "Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series" at the Critics' Choice Television Awards for his work on season three of Happy Endings. The cast reunited in July 2020 for the pandemic-themed episode "And the Pandemmy goes to..." to raise money for the charities Color of Change andWorld Central Kitchen.Following the cancellation of Happy Endings in 2013, Pally joined the cast ofThe Mindy Project as a series regular for the second and third season, playing the role of Dr. Peter Prentice.

Pally filmed a lead role opposite T.J. Miller andThomas Middleditch in the comedy Search Party. This film serves as the directorial debut of screenwriter Scot Armstrong.[14] He also starred in the indie films Slow Learners and Night Owls, both released in 2015.

Pally has been a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade since 2003 and continues to both write and perform sketch comedy. He has written and performed in two long running sketch comedy shows at theatre with his sketch comedy group, Hot Sauce, an official selection, and performer for the Montreal Just for Laugh’s Comedy Festival in 2007. He currently performs with DEATH BY ROO ROO.

Pally is a graduate of the New School in New York and currently resides in Los Angeles.
