NEW YORK – December 16, 2025Magnolia Network will usher in the new year with fresh episodes from returning series and a new season premiere. The January lineup begins with Home Reimagined, hosted by Vern Yip, on Saturdays at 1 p.m. ET/PT. New episodes will follow each week as Vern mentors renovators transforming unconventional commercial and industrial spaces such as a schoolhouse, a church, and a barn into distinctive family homes. Maine Cabin Masters continues on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/PT, followed by the Children’s & Family Emmy® nominated series Building Outside the Lines on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT, with Jared “Cappie” Capp and his daughter Alex tackling inventive builds across South Dakota. 

Rounding out the lineup, Beachfront Bargain Hunt Renovation returns with a new season premiering Tuesday, February 24 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, following families as they transform newly purchased coastal properties into inviting vacation retreats.

Host and designer Vern Yip travels across the country to mentor brave renovators who have taken on the task of converting unusual commercial and industrial spaces into one-of-a-kind family homes. 

 

“1894 Brewery in Montana”  

Premieres Saturday, December 27 at 1 p.m. ET/PT 

A couple wants to update an old brick brewery into a forever home for their family. With Vern's help, they take a local landmark from cold and industrial to warm and stylish with a timeless, eclectic design. 

 

“1928 Schoolhouse in Chaseburg, WI”  

Premieres Saturday, January 3 at 1 p.m. ET/PT 

When a woman decides to move back to the country after college, she finds a historic one-room schoolhouse to transform. With help from her dad, Terry, and Vern, she saves the building, infuses a classic design style and turns it into a home of her own. 

 

“1897 Barn in New York State”  

Premieres Saturday, January 10 at 1 p.m. ET/PT 

Vern helps a couple who has taken on a massive project, the renovation of a historic, red barn built in 1897 to become their one-of-a-kind family vacation home. Together they use vintage features and rustic charm to transform the building's empty shell. 

 

“Abandoned 1898 Church” 

Premieres Saturday, January 17 at 1 p.m. ET/PT 

A woman all by herself in a new city takes on the massive challenge of turning an abandoned, old church into her new home. Vern steps in to help and with hard work and a lot of faith, they give the old gothic building a new chapter. 

 

MAINE CABIN MASTERS

Builder Chase Morrill, along with Ashley Morrill-Eldridge and Ryan Eldridge, his sister and brother-in-law, rebuild cabins in some of the most beautiful areas of Maine. From historic cottages to camp cabins, scenic retreats get the facelifts they need. 

 

“Off Grid in the North Woods - Part 1”  

Premieres Monday December 29 at 9 p.m. ET/PT  

The Cabin Masters head deep into the woods in northern Maine to renovate a remote cabin. The team caravans in for a two-week build, facing rough roads and tight deadlines. This off-grid build was so ambitious, it had to be split into two parts! 

 

“Off Grid in the North Woods - Part 2”  

Premieres Monday December 29 at 10 p.m. ET/PT  

The Cabin Masters work to finish Nine Mile Camp. After whitewater rafting, Chase and the team build bunk beds, Dixie and Jedi design an archery target, and Ashley continues her quest for a bug-free build. Can they get it all done in two weeks? 

“Back to Mint Condition” 

Premieres Monday January 5 at 9 p.m. ET/PT  

The Cabin Masters tackle a lakeside camp, adding a new deck, wood exterior, and open layout. Even with heat and massive windows in their way, the crew delivers laughs, surprises, and plenty of heart! 

 

“Little House on the Production Line” 

Premieres Monday January 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT  

The crew takes on a modular build to help a dad who's been raising his three daughters in his parents' in-law suite. Meanwhile, Ashley has the crew crawling up the walls to complete a special project for the little girls. 

 

“Mouse-Free Retreat” 

Premieres Monday January 19 at 9 p.m. ET/PT  

The Cabin Masters head to Winthrop, Maine to rescue a couple from their DIY project. With a new addition, deck, storage, and a mouse issue to fix, can the crew finish in time for the owners' 10th anniversary? 

 

“Rebuilding Cabin Destroyed by Storm”  

Premieres Monday January 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT  

The team takes on a rebuild for a family after a devastating storm destroys their camp. With five decades of memories to honor and a vision for a larger space, the crew battles freezing temperatures and a ticking clock to finish the cabin in time. 

 

“Campify This House!” 

Premieres Monday February 2 at 9 p.m. ET/PT  

The crew helps a couple turn their chopped up, suburban cabin into the spacious, rustic Maine getaway they've always wanted. With the help of some new faces and upgraded equipment, the Cabin Masters breathe new life into this family's retreat. 

 

“Old Friends and New Foundations” 

Premieres Monday February 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT  

The Cabin Masters head to Snow Pond to renovate a generational camp with a tight budget and deadline. Facing heat, supply issues, and surprises, they work hard -- yet still find time for games, laughs, and helping Ashley reconnect with an old friend.

In South Dakota, Cappie and Alex transform a 20-foot shipping container into a stunning backyard space with barnwood accents, a misting system, and custom details -- creating a warm, inviting place to gather, relax, and celebrate.
