NBA Digital to Present Expanded NBA Trade Deadline Coverage Across NBA TV, NBA App, NBA.com and Social Media on Thursday, Feb. 23

NBA TV Expands Trade Deadline Show to Four Hours, Thursday from 1-5 p.m. ET;
Followed by The Starters, 10 Before Tip & NBA GameTime

NBA Digital will be the destination for complete NBA trade deadline coverage throughout the day on Thursday, Feb. 23, featuring the latest news and analysis across NBA TV, the NBA App, NBA.com and social media platforms. NBA TV’s expanded programming lineup will tip off at 1 p.m. with the NBA Trade Deadline Show – four hours of studio coverage and live reports from around the NBA – followed by hour-long editions of The Starters at 5 p.m., 10 Before Tip at 6 p.m. and NBA GameTime at 7 p.m.

The network’s NBA Trade Deadline Show – simulcast on NBA.com and the NBA App – will be hosted by Matt Winer alongside David Aldridge, Stu Jackson, Sekou Smith and Bleacher Report’s NBA cap expert Eric Pincus. A dozen reporters will contribute from across the NBA including Steve Aschburner in Chicago, Howard Beck from Bleacher Report’s studios in New York, Fran Blinebury in Houston, Kevin Ding in Los Angeles, Ros Gold-Onwude in Oakland, Jared Greenberg in New Orleans, Scott Howard-Cooper in Sacramento, Kristen Ledlow in Cleveland, Shaun Powell in Atlanta and Ian Thomsen in Boston.

Immediately following the NBA Trade Deadline Show, NBA TV will televise a series of one-hour trade deadline themed shows including The Starters’ at 5 p.m.; 10 Before Tip at 6 p.m. with Greenberg live from New Orleans, as DeMarcus Cousins is expected to make his Pelicans debut against the Houston Rockets later that night; and NBA GameTime – hosted by Vince Cellini with Aldridge and Jackson – recapping all the league’s top news at 7 p.m.

Additionally, hourly trade deadline updates will run on NBA TV throughout the day beginning at 9 a.m.

Social Media & Multiplatform Content

Multiplatform NBA trade deadline coverage will include an hour-long Facebook Live with Ro Parrish and Lang Whitaker starting at 2:30 p.m., along with The Warmup, a 30-minute series produced exclusively for Twitter, featuring Parrish and Ben Lyons at 7:30 p.m.

NBA fans will also have access to a wide range of content via NBA.com and NBA App, including breaking news updates, analysis and the Trade Tracker blog, as well as via NBA TV, NBA on TNT and NBA.com’s social media platforms on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
