NBA on TNT Blockbuster Doubleheader on MLK, Jr. Day to Showcase NBA Finals Rematch – Cavaliers/Warriors at 8 p.m. ET – Followed by Thunder/Clippers at 10:30 p.m.

 

MLK, Jr. Day Coverage to Begin with Special One-Hour TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by Autotrader Live from the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta on Monday, Jan. 16, at 7 p.m.

 

This Week’s NBA on TNT Coverage to Feature Knicks/Bulls on Thursday, Jan. 12, at 8 p.m., Followed by Pistons/Warriors at 10:30 p.m.

 

TNT will provide special Martin Luther King, Jr. Day doubleheader coverage on Monday, Jan. 16, beginning with an NBA Finals rematch – Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Golden State Warriors at 8 p.m. – and a matchup of two of the league’s best point guards when the Oklahoma City Thunder and Russell Westbrook visit the LA Clippers and Chris Paul at 10:30 p.m.

 

Marv Albert will provide play-by-play for Cavaliers/Warriors with analyst Chris Webber and reporter Kristen Ledlow, while Kevin Harlan will call Thunder/Clippers alongside analyst Reggie Miller and reporter David Aldridge.

 

The network’s coverage will begin with the Inside the NBA studio team of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal hosting a one-hour TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by Autotrader live from National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta at 7 p.m.  Civil rights leader Hank Thomas – an original Freedom Rider who rode interstate buses throughout the South to protest segregation – will be a guest during the network’s pregame coverage. 

 

This week’s NBA on TNT coverage will feature the New York Knicks and Carmelo Anthony hosting the Chicago Bulls and Jimmy Butler on Thursday, Jan. 12, at 8 p.m.  ET.  Albert will provide play-by-play with analyst Brent Barry and Ledlow.  In the night’s second game, the Warriors and Kevin Durant will host the Detroit Pistons and Andre Drummond at 10:30 p.m.  Harlan will be joined on the call by analysts Miller and Kevin McHale with reporter Lewis Johnson.

 

Additionally, on Thursday, Jan. 12, Kevin Garnett’s Area 21 will feature special guests in studio throughout the night for pregame, halftime and postgame coverage.
