TNT Sports Acquires Exclusive U.S. English Language Broadcast Rights to World-Class FIBA Men’s and Women’s Tournaments

International Basketball Tentpoles Include FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2026, FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 & FIBA EuroBasket in 2029

Multiyear Deal to Tip Off with the 2026 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup Qualifying Tournament featuring USA Basketball’s Leading Stars, March 11-17, across TNT, truTV & HBO Max

TNT Sports and the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) have reached a multiyear deal for exclusive U.S. English language rights for all Men’s and Women’s tentpole tournaments to be showcased across TNT Sports’ networks and platforms.

The partnership brings the world’s most prestigious international basketball competitions directly to U.S. fans, featuring a calendar of marquee events over the next several years, including the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2026 (Sept. 4-13), the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027, and FIBA EuroBasket 2029.

Live game coverage will tip off later this month with the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2026 Qualifying Tournament in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from March 11-17, featuring USA Basketball with 2024 Olympic Gold Medalists Kahleah Copper, Chelsea Gray, Kelsey Plum and Jackie Young. Additionally, superstars Caitlin Clark, Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese are expected to make their highly anticipated senior national team competitive debuts.
