TNT’s NBA regular season doubleheader coverage will continue tomorrow, Thursday, March 9, with two of the NBA’s leading MVP candidates facing off as the San Antonio Spurs and Kawhi Leonard visit the Oklahoma City Thunder and Russell Westbrook at 8 p.m. ET.
The network’s second telecast of the night will feature two of the NBA’s top rising stars in action as the Los Angeles Lakers and D’Angelo Russell visit the Phoenix Suns and Devin Booker at 10:30 p.m.
Marv Albert will provide play-by-play for Spurs/Thunder alongside analyst Chris Webber and reporter David Aldridge. Kevin Harlan, analyst Reggie Miller and reporter Lisa Leslie will call Lakers/Suns.
The Sports Emmy Award-winning studio team of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal will provide analysis during Thursday’s pregame, halftime and the award-winning postgame Inside the NBA studio show.
The network’s regular season game schedule will continue with the third week of Players Only coverage on Monday, March 13, with the Atlanta Hawks vs. Spurs at 8 p.m. and Lakers vs. Denver Nuggets at 10:30 p.m. Greg Anthony (primary host/play-by-play), Kevin McHale, Richard “Rip” Hamilton and reporter Dennis Scott will be on the call of Hawks/Spurs, while O’Neal joins Brent Barry (primary host/play-by-play), former Lakers teammate Derek Fisher, and Leslie for Lakers/Nuggets at 10:30.
