NBA on TNT Preseason Coverage to Feature NBA Champion Nuggets Visiting Suns, Tuesday, Oct. 10 & Spurs Hosting the Heat, Friday, Oct. 13

Studio Coverage to Include Grant Hill, Isiah Thomas, Jamal Crawford, Steve Smith, Channing Frye, Guest Analyst Udonis Haslem & Host Adam Lefkoe

TNT’s NBA preseason coverage will tip off with the NBA Champion Denver Nuggets, led by Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, visiting the Phoenix Suns with Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and Bradley Beal, on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at 10 p.m. ET



The network's second game of the week will feature the San Antonio Spurs and this year's top NBA Draft pick Victor Wembanyama hosting the Miami Heat and Jimmy Butler on Friday, Oct. 13, at 7:30 p.m. 



Spero Dedes will provide play-by-play for Nuggets/Suns alongside Stan Van Gundy (analyst) and Chris Haynes (reporter), while Kevin Harlan, Reggie Miller (analyst) and Stephanie Ready (reporter) will call Heat/Spurs.



Adam Lefkoe, Grant Hill, Jamal Crawford and Channing Frye will be in studio on Tuesday night. Isiah Thomas, Steve Smith and guest analyst Udonis Haslem will join Adam in studio on Friday.  



All NBA on TNT games, as well as pre and postgame coverage, will be available to stream via the B/R Sports Add-On tier on Max. 



The league’s top stars will be showcased throughout the year on TNT starting with a blockbuster Opening Night doubleheader featuring the NBA Champion Nuggets and Jokic hosting the Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James on Tuesday Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m. ET. The night’s second game will feature a pair of new-look Western Conference teams with stars making their team debuts – the Golden State Warriors with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Chris Paul hosting the Phoenix Suns led by Durant, Booker and Beal at 10 p.m.

 

This year’s doubleheader will lead off the company’s 40th consecutive year of NBA coverage and mark the 28th straight year in which TNT has tipped off the NBA regular season.

 

2023 Kia NBA Tip-Off Opening Week coverage will continue with the Milwaukee Bucks, led by Giannis Antetokounmpo and newly acquired Damian Lillard, hosting the Philadelphia 76ers and last season’s Kia NBA MVP Joel Embiid on Thursday, Oct. 26, at 7:30 p.m., followed by the Suns visiting the Lakers at 10 p.m.
