NBA TV’s WNBA Schedule Tips Off with San Antonio Stars & Moriah Jefferson vs. New York Liberty & Tina Charles on Saturday, May 13, at 3 p.m. ET

WNBA Analysts LaChina Robinson & Swin Cash Featured During NBA TV’s
2017 WNBA Season Preview Show on Thursday, May 11 at 6 p.m.

NBA TV will tip off its 2017 WNBA game coverage Saturday, May 13, at 3 p.m. ET with the San Antonio Stars and 2016 WNBA Draft No. 2 overall selection Moriah Jefferson visiting the New York Liberty and 2012 WNBA MVP Tina Charles. Overall, NBA TV will televise 45 games throughout the WNBA regular season.

The network’s early season live game schedule will also include the Chicago Sky and seven-time WNBA All-Star Cappie Pondexter visiting the Atlanta Dream and 2016 WNBA Most Improved Player Elizabeth Williams on Sunday, May 21, at 3 p.m., and the Washington Mystics – with 2015 WNBA MVP Elena Delle Donne, in her first year with the team —visiting her former team, Chicago, on Wednesday, May 24, at 12:30 p.m.

NBA TV’s WNBA schedule will include appearances from all 12 WNBA teams, along with extensive coverage of the league throughout the season including highlights and postgame interviews with players and coaches following key WNBA matchups.

Additionally, the network will preview the regular season on Thursday, May 11, at 6 p.m. with the 2017 WNBA Season Preview hosted by LaChina Robinson and four-time WNBA All-Star Swin Cash. Among the storylines to be covered, the 30-minute show will take a look at the Los Angeles Sparks’ pursuit of a repeat championship, the Minnesota Lynx rebounding from their Finals loss, Delle Donne going to Washington, Stars’ first round pick Kelsey Plum and predictions for the upcoming season.
