TNT Sports today announced its newest original programming series, Evolve and Flex, a weekly look into the personal growth and fashion evolution of stars from the worlds of sports, culture and fashion. The show, which debuts Friday, Dec. 6, at 9 p.m. ET on truTV and Max, is hosted by sports-lifestyle expert Lance Fresh and features candid conversations with guests to discuss how life’s events have contributed to their sense of style.
