TNT to Tip Off Highly-Anticipated Lakers/Warriors Series with LeBron James & Stephen Curry Meeting for the Fifth Time in the NBA Playoffs, Tuesday, May 2

Blockbuster Tuesday Night to Start with 2022-23 Kia NBA MVP Pregame Unveil at 7 p.m. ET, Followed by Heat/Knicks, Game 2, at 7:30 p.m.

TNT's 2023 NBA Playoffs Coverage Presented by Google Pixel Will Continue Tonight with 76ers/Celtics, Game 1 & Suns/Nuggets, Game 2

TNT will continue its 2023 NBA Playoffs presented by Google Pixel game coverage with a blockbuster Tuesday night doubleheader featuring Game 1 of the highly-anticipated series between the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors at 10 p.m. ET. Tomorrow night's Western Conference semifinals contest will mark the fifth time the two team's stars, LeBron James and Stephen Curry, respectively, have met in the NBA Playoffs, and first time outside the NBA Finals.  

Prior to Lakers/Warriors, Game 2 of the NBA Conference Semifinals series between the Miami Heat and Bam Adebayo and the New York Knicks and Jalen Brunson will lead off the night's action at 7:30 p.m., while TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by CarMax will start the night at 7 p.m. with the unveiling of this year's Kia NBA MVP winner. 

Brian Anderson, Stan Van Gundy & Chris Haynes will call Lakers/Warriors, while Heat/Knicks will feature Ian Eagle, Jim Jackson and Jared Greenberg. 

TNT's NBA Conference Semifinals coverage will continue tonight with Philadelphia 76ers vs. Boston Celtics, Game 1, at 7:30 p.m., followed by Phoenix Suns vs. Denver Nuggets, Game 2, at 10 p.m. Kevin Harlan, Reggie Miller and Allie LaForce will call 76ers/Celtics, while Spero Dedes, Greg Anthony and Stephanie Ready will provide commentary for Suns/Nuggets. 

Later this week, TNT will present Game 2 of 76ers/Celtics on Wednesday, May 3, at 8 p.m. Harlan, Miller and LaForce will be on the call. 

Commentator pairings for the start of the Conference Semifinals are as follows:

  • (7) Los Angeles Lakers vs. (6) Golden State Warriors  - Brian Anderson, Stan Van Gundy & Chris Haynes

  • (2) Boston Celtics vs. (3) Philadelphia 76ers - Kevin Harlan, Reggie Miller & Allie LaForce

Inside the NBA presented by Kia with Ernie JohnsonCharles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O'Neal will cap each night's action.
