Kevin Garnett in Area 21 During Thursday Night’s Pregame
TNT will tip off its comprehensive and exclusive coverage of NBA All-Star 2017 – featuring over 24 hours of programming – tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 16, at 8 p.m. ET with Eastern Conference All-Stars facing off – Boston Celtics and Isaiah Thomas vs. Chicago Bulls and Jimmy Butler. Marv Albert will call play-by-play alongside analyst Kevin McHale and reporter Ros Gold-Onwude.
The TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by Autotrader pregame show will be live and on-site from the NBA on TNT Road Show in New Orleans, preceding game action at 7 p.m. Pregame coverage, anchored by Ernie Johnson with analysts Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal, will showcase some of the best attractions from the Road Show, including a live performance by Travis Scott. The show will also preview the network’s All-Star coverage throughout the weekend – including Friday’s BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge at 9 p.m., State Farm All-Star Saturday Night at 8 p.m. and Sunday’s 66th annual NBA All-Star Game presented by Kia from Smoothie King Center at 8:30 p.m., with TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by Autotrader pre-game coverage beginning at 7 p.m. on Sunday.
In addition to tomorrow’s shows from the Road Show footprint, the Inside the NBA studio team will provide pre-game, halftime and post-game coverage throughout the weekend. Kevin Garnett will be joined by Hall of Famer Isiah Thomas in Area 21 during tomorrow’s pregame show.
The network’s regular season game schedule will resume with a doubleheader on Thursday, Feb. 23 with both of last season’s NBA Finalists in action – New York Knicks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers at 8 p.m., followed by LA Clippers vs. Golden State Warriors at 10:30 p.m.
