Wildcard Kitchen Returns for Third Season Of Underground Culinary Card Game With All-Star Players
Hosted by Eric Adjepong, Series Returns on Tuesday, January 6th at 9pm ET/PT on Food Network and Streaming Next Day on HBO Max and discovery+
Wildcard Kitchen, Food Network’s exclusive after-hours culinary poker game, is back for a ten-episode third season on Tuesday, January 6th at 9pm ET/PT and streaming the next day on HBO Max and discovery+. In each episode hosted by Eric Adjepong, three all-star chefs who know each other well bet, bluff and backstab for cold hard cash and bragging rights. The stakes are high and the smack talk is fierce as the competitors battle to create dishes based on the cards they are dealt, while Eric adds unexpected twists that change everything. Brand-new in season three is the “diamond deck,” a collection of diabolical cards adding extreme wildcards to the game. In the premiere episode, Eric brings his longtime friend Alex Guarnaschelli to the table and pits her against two chefs who have bested her on Alex vs. America: Kevin Lee and Arnold Myint. This rivalry runs deep, and each player is determined to come out on top, leading to an unexpected culinary ambush with an epic ending.
“Wildcard Kitchen is where Food Network chefs go to have some after-hours fun and our viewers love seeing this different side of their favorite food personalities,” said Betsy Ayala, Head of Content, Warner Bros. Discovery. “With cash and bragging rights at stake and the most delicious food ever served at a poker night, this game is the hottest invitation in town.”
Upcoming episodes include a heated battle between titans of Asian cuisine Jet Tila, Dale Talde and Nini Nguyen; Wildcard Kitchen’s highest roller Maneet Chauhan’s return to defend her title against Mei Lin and Aarón Sánchez for a record-breaking payout; and the tables are turned as Alex Guarnaschelli takes on hosting duties and Eric Adjepong goes head-to-head with Sara Bradley and Kelsey Barnard Clark, who have both beaten Eric in the kitchen.
