After growing up on the central coast of Maine, Ryan moved south and attended Stonehill College outside of Boston, MA. Following a brief career as an office supply salesman, Ryan transitioned into acting – landing a spot as a performer at Improv Asylum in Boston. He moved to Los Angeles shortly after and became a staple member of the famous improvisation and sketch comedy theater group The Groundlings. From there, Ryan landed guest star roles on numerous television shows including House of Lies, Modern Family, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, 2 Broke Girls and Workaholics. Ryan’s film credits include Identity Thief, Father Figures, Killing Gunther and The Happytime Murders. Ryan currently recurs on NBC’s Superstore and was last seen in the Netflix feature Between Two Ferns: The Movie opposite Zack Galifianakis.
