  • The ten-episode third season of the Max Original comedy series THE OTHER TWO debuts with two episodes THURSDAY, MAY 4 on HBO Max, followed by a new episode debuting subsequent Thursdays, with the exception of episode six debuting on Wednesday, May 31, leading up to the season finale June 29 on Max.



     
  • Season 3 logline: After comparing themselves for years to their much-younger pop star brother, ChaseDreams (Case Walker), who is now a full adult, and their talk-show host mother (Molly Shannon), who's now more powerful than she could have ever imagined, Brooke and Cary (Heléne Yorke and Drew Tarver) are finally standing on their own two feet -- fully "successful" in their own right! And yet, they somehow find themselves comparing themselves to new people once again???

 

  • Season 3 cast: The series stars Drew Tarver (Cary), Heléne Yorke (Brooke), Critics Choice Nominee Molly Shannon (Pat), Ken Marino (Streeter) and Case Walker (Chase); recurring cast includes Josh Segarra (Lance), Wanda Sykes (Shuli) and Brandon Scott Jones (Curtis).     Season 3, Episode 1: “Cary Watches People Watch His Movie”

    Debut date: Thursday, May 4


    After three years of COVID delays, Cary’s (Drew Tarver) movie “Night Nurse” finally premieres – but will he be able to watch his loved ones’ reactions in real time? Meanwhile, Brooke (Heléne Yorke) feels like the only person who hasn’t left the industry.

    Season 3, Episode 2: “Brooke Drives An Armpit Across America”

    Debut date: Thursday, May 4


    Chase’s (Case Walker) first legal photoshoot lands Brooke (Heléne Yorke) on a highly unusual assignment, Cary’s (Drew Tarver) new publicist doesn’t yield much better results than his own self-promotion, and Pat (Molly Shannon) feels the effects of her empire.

    Season 3, Episode 3: “Cary Becomes Somewhat Of A Name”

    Cary (Drew Tarver) learns the “benefits” of self-tapes, and the drawbacks of not being “a name.” After leaving her job, Brooke (Heléne Yorke) faces the cruel reality of a life as a regular person. Pat (Molly Shannon) goes to extreme lengths to spend time with her family.

    As Cary (Drew Tarver) tries to take control of his relationship by making in-roads with a celebrity, Brooke (Heléne Yorke) is pulled back into her manager role when Chase (Case Walker) falls for a “normal” girl.

    Season 3, Episode 6: “Brooke, And We Are Not Joking, Goes to Space”

    Debut date: Wednesday, May 31 


    Brooke (Heléne Yorke) and Pat (Molly Shannon) set out to date someone more on their level – with mixed results – while Cary (Drew Tarver) is cast to voice a major studio’s first openly queer character.

    Debut date: Thursday, June 8 


    While Curtis’s (Brandon Scott Jones) new show Girlies tracks to be a big hit, a stressed Cary (Drew Tarver) is wrangled into salvaging his own upcoming show Windweaver. For her birthday, Pat (Molly Shannon) requests a lowkey family dinner at a ubiquitous chain restaurant… which proves anything but uneventful. Chase (Case Walker) and Pam (Michelle Moughan) – with the help of Brooke (Heléne Yorke), Shuli (Wanda Sykes), and Streeter (Ken Marino)– pursue “new beginnings.”

    Season 3, Episode 8: “Brooke Hosts a Night of Undeniable Good”

    Debut date: Thursday, June 15


    After Chase’s (Case Walker) “bad boy” turn backfires, Brooke (Heléne Yorke) and Shuli (Wanda Sykes) course-correct by making him the face of mental health – and Brooke (Yorke) is painfully reminded that doing good is really hard. Meanwhile, emboldened by positive news, Cary (Drew Tarver) attempts to “win” his reunion, and Pat (Molly Shannon) heads to Ohio to reconnect with her former self.

    Still reeling from Lance’s (Josh Segarra) magazine cover spread, Brooke (Heléne Yorke) goes to extreme lengths to prove he sourced his own publicity team – and isn’t as selfless as everyone thinks. Meanwhile, Cary’s (Drew Tarver) obsession with landing an award-winning role reveals the true depth of his “team,” and Pat (Molly Shannon) has an epiphany in Ohio.
