NBA on TNT to Showcase Top Scorers James Harden, Anthony Davis, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook & Kyrie Irving In Action This Week

NBA on TNT's upcoming live game coverage will showcase some of the league's top scorers in action with a pair of doubleheaders this week -- Tuesday, March 6 and Thursday, March 8 -- featuring James Harden, Anthony Davis, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Kyrie Irving.


TNT's Players Only franchise continues Tuesday, March 6 with a doubleheader with the Houston Rockets and Harden at the Oklahoma City Thunder and Westbrook at 8 p.m., followed by the New Orleans Pelicans and Davis visiting the LA Clippers and DeAndre Jordan at 10:30 p.m. ET. Brent Barry, Derek Fisher, Nate Robinson and Dennis Scott will provide commentary for Rockets/Thunder, while Greg Anthony, Kevin McHale, Rip Hamilton and Caron Butler will call Pelicans/Clippers.


The studio team of Chris Webber, Isiah Thomas, Shaquille O'Neal and Baron Davis will provide pregame, halftime and postgame coverage throughout the night. Players Only coverage will be complemented by Area 21 with Kevin Garnett and Dre Days episodic features starring Golden State's Andre Iguodala throughout the night on TNT and social media.

Later in the week, the Boston Celtics and Irving will visit the Minnesota Timberwolves and Karl-Anthony Towns on Thursday, March 8, starting at 8 p.m. The night's coverage will continue with the Warriors led by Curry and Durant hosting the San Antonio Spurs and LaMarcus Aldridge at 10:30 p.m. Celtics/Timberwolves will be called by Kevin Harlan, Reggie Miller and Allie LaForce, while the Spurs/Warriors telecast will have Marv Albert, McHale and Ros Gold-Onwude on the call.


Studio coverage throughout the night on Thursday will be provided by Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, O'Neal and Casey Stern who will offer commentary during pregame, halftime and postgame on Inside the NBA presented by Kia.


The Celtics/Timberwolves telecast will be offered live in immersive virtual reality through the NBA on TNT VR app powered by Intel® True VR, available for Samsung Gear VR and Google Daydream headsets.
