The Big Shot With Bethenny

S1:E1 “First Impressions Are Everything”

As she looks to hire a well-rounded, razor-sharp second-in-command, business mogul Bethenny Frankel welcomes ten hopeful candidates to the competition with a swank cocktail party. Scanning the room for a potential VP of Operations, Bethenny plants two moles to gather intel, and later, a social media aptitude test leaves her underwhelmed for the first elimination round. Premieres April 29.

S1:E2 “Don’t Waste My Time”

After introducing the remaining contestants to their new workspace, a stunning Soho loft, Bethenny reminds them that this is the interview of a lifetime – and they better start acting the part. Giving the first challenge’s winner a special edge – and emphasizing that effective time management should be their first priority – Bethenny spurs the group to produce an ad campaign for her inclusive, bestselling shapewear line. But when faced with criticism, some can’t handle the heat. Premieres April 29.

S1:E3 “The Only Rules Are My Rules”

While the photoshoot challenge continues, Bethenny confronts a source of drama – and struggles to tell a friendly face that they’ve bungled a crucial task. After meeting the group back at the loft to evaluate their shots, Bethenny struggles to showcase her trademark decisiveness at elimination. Later, the candidates prepare themselves for a massive curveball. Premieres May 6.

S1:E4 “I Need a Killer”

What begins as a straightforward project – preparing Bethenny for a Skinnygirl clothing sales appearance – turns into the contestants’ highest-stakes undertaking yet when Bethenny announces they’ll have to sell the products themselves ... on live TV. Premieres May 6.

S1:E5 “Choose Your Words Wisely”

After throwing two colossal curveballs, Bethenny directs the group to produce a video campaign for BStrong, a disaster relief initiative close to her heart. Paired off for the first time, duos must work together to crystallize and convey a concise, poignant message for Bethenny’s website – but when chaos strikes, will they impress the boss with their calm execution, or will they fall apart? Premieres May 13.

S1:E6 “Fake It Til You Make It”

Challenged to create a digital showcase for Bethenny’s new cookware line, the group struggles to follow simple recipes and communicate their vision to a web designer. With the heat turned all the way up, the candidates forge deep connections back at the loft – just in time for elimination. Premieres May 13.

S1:E7 “It’s Not the End, It’s Just the Beginning...”

For their final challenge, the remaining superstars pull out all the stops to host a fabulous 50th birthday/launch party for Bethenny and her latest rosé. As Bethenny looks towards the future, the candidates create media kits that capture her evolving brand – and reflect on all the pressures, sacrifices, and ambitions that have led them to this extraordinary moment. Premieres May 20.
